Randal Hale, a geospatial industry veteran of 25+ years, is the owner and operator of North River Geographic Systems, Inc. (NRGS). NRGS primarily works with free and open-source software for Geoinformatics (FOSS4G). He volunteers with the QGIS Community and serves as an “at large” member of osgeo.us. He is usually found sifting in data or in a canoe - hopefully the latter.
