Melissa joined the City of Brampton in 2009, and is currently a GIS Specialist with the Location Intelligence and Data Visualization team focusing on web application development, field collection solutions, and open data. Along with a BAH degree from the University of Guelph, she has a Geomatics Technician Diploma and a GIS Applications Specialist Graduate Certificate from Sir Sandford Fleming College. She is also a Certified GIS Professional (GISP) and a member of the ESRI GIS Ambassador program.
