Stephane Champagne is a supply specialist with the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises (OSME), national capital region (NCR). Stephane has over 20 years of experience working in the private sector. Prior to joining OSME-NCR in 2013, he worked for an Ottawa based consulting firm, whose primary client was the Government of Canada. The Office of Small and Medium Enterprises at Public Services and Procurement Canada works to encourage the participation of small and medium enterprises in federal government procurement and advocates on their behalf to improve procurement processes.
