Andres Torres
I hold a M.Sc. in Hydrographic Sciences, specializing in Hydrographic Training recognized as Category A (USA). With a deep passion for hydrography, navigation, and marine sciences, I've dedicated over 16 years of my career as a Peruvian Navy Officer (LCDR) to these fields.
Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of leading and supporting teams of more than 30 individuals. I understand the importance of collaboration and communication, especially in challenging environments where safety and effective operations are paramount. My experience encompasses not only data analysis and project management but also a genuine commitment to nurturing the growth of those I work with.
I believe that fostering innovation and adaptability in fast-paced settings is key to achieving our goals. With excellent multitasking and critical thinking abilities, I strive to create an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered, blending administrative responsibilities with hands-on field operations. Together, we can navigate the complexities of our work and ensure success for our projects and teams.
