Douglas Estok

Douglas Estok has worked in GIS for utilities for over three decades. While attending university, he started as a conversion technician, digitizing network infrastructure maps from paper to digital in the dark ages of mainframe GIS.

In his career, Mr. Estok has worn virtually every hat in GIS for utilities. He has worked for seven software and service vendors, and in 1995, formed his own consulting firm, focusing on mobile GIS solutions for damage prevention.

Mr. Estok serves as Business Development Manager for OEC, providing a wide array of utility infrastructure services throughout North America.
