Dr. Jessica West, Senior Researcher, Project Ploughshares; member of the Defence Advisory Board to the Chief of Defence; and strategy advisor for the Centre for International Governance Innovation.   Dr. West specializes in humanitarian and gender perspectives, as well as the impact of new technologies on space security such as cyber connectivity and artificial intelligence.
