Andrew Walther, P.Eng., has been working as a consultant for 30 years providing a variety of infrastructure workflows, standardization, data management and training services to public and private sectors across North America.  Mr. Walther founded MMCD Infrastructure Data Standards Initiative in 2009 and continues to work with Local Governments to help with implementation.  Mr. Walther has also been working with the British Columbia Ministry of Transportation since 2016 as the senior consultant leading the implementation of Autodesk Civil 3D to Geomatics, Design and Construction Supervision Worfklows.  He has authored many articles and participated in numerous public speaking engagements across North America.
