Dr. Roya Olyazadeh is a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Calgary. Her main project is related to Geospatial analysis in the framework of Discrete Grid Global System. She received her Ph.D. in Earth science from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. She also has a master of science in Geospatial technologies from the University of Muenster in Germany and Master of engineering in Geomatics from University technology Malaysia. She is interested in Open-source Geospatial technologies, Natural hazard risk management, Geostatistical analysis, and Geomatics.
