Mr. Gregory Burt is a certified Integral Master Coach^TM and a member of the International Coaching Federation who specializes in developmental and leadership coaching.

Gregory’s passion has always been supporting, developing and empowering people to identify and connect deeply with their own unique sense of purpose and is well positioned to help them unlock their full potential.

Gregory’s entire adult life has been spent in leadership roles, mentoring others around taking ownership of their lives and careers. Greg draws on over thirty-five years of practical application and collective wisdom, international and operational experience at the executive level. This experience includes Chief of Staff of Land Forces Quebec Area, Director General Partnerships and Emerging Issues, Director General Intelligence Capabilities and Commander of the Canadian Forces Intelligence Group. With this experience alongside the Integral Coaching® Method, Gregory is able to foster people to become leaders in their own circles of influence, large and small. He enjoys working with individuals who have a deep commitment to leadership and are ready and willing to self- develop and grow past their current limitations.

He is fluent in both English and French, holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Sherbrooke in Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Defence Studies from King's College London and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the École Nationale d'Administration Publique de Québec. 

Gregory is also certified as an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner, a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner.

In addition, Gregory was awarded the Order of Military Merit (OMM) in 2004 and Meritorious Service Medal (MSM) in 2009.
