
Sushank Saha
Mr. Sushank Saha is the Executive Director, Quality at Bruce Power. Prior to joining this role, Sushank was in the role of Assistant Plant Manager, Bruce A. Previously, Sushank has been in the role of Director of CNO Strategic Initiatives and supports the Chief Nuclear Officer (CNO) & Executive VP in a special assignment to drive focus on business-critical strategic initiatives and System and Component Engineering Department supporting Bruce Power’s fleet of eight nuclear reactors producing 6,400 MW of zero carbon electricity and key lifesaving medical isotopes. Equipment Reliability achieved exemplary ratings at both stations during this tenure with overall station(s) performance being rated as exemplary including several unit uprates.
Mr. Saha has worked in the nuclear industry for 13 years with experience in Engineering, Project Management and Nuclear Operations. In 2015, Sushank led a site wide initiative to expand the use of the Condition Based Maintenance at Bruce Power and was the Vice-Chair and Chair of the CBM User group at EPRI. In 2020, he led a significant ER improvement effort across site focused on risk and SPVs.
Sushank holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences from University of Windsor and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, London, ON. in 2019, he completed the Bruce Power Leadership Pipeline program at Richard Ivey School of Business. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario (P.Eng) and has held various technical certifications in predictive technologies in the past.
In his free time, Sushank likes to volunteer in the community and has participated in mentoring the Kinetic Knights team, volunteering with the Grey Bruce Health Services Board and volunteer board member of the YMCA. He lives in Port Elgin with his wife, 2 kids and their pet dog! Sushank enjoys playing basketball, running and traveling for recreation.
