
Wenyong Wang
Wenyong Wang received the B.S. degree in computer science from BeiHang University, Beijing, China, in 1988 and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Electronic Science and Technology (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 1991 and 2011, respectively. He has been a professor in computer science and engineering at UESTC since 2006. Now he is also a special-term professor at Macau University of Science and Technology. His main research interests include next generation Internet, software-defined networks, and software engineering. Wang Wenyong is a pioneer in the development of IPv6 in China and a member of the expert committee of CERNET (China Education Research Network), which created China's first IPv6 test bed.
