Jana is partner at Pierstone, a law firm focused on the TMT (technology/ media/ telecoms) sector.

Over the past 20 years Jana has acted on some of the largest TMT projects and transactions in the region. She is consistently ranked as a leading individual by independent legal directories, such as Legal500, Who’s Who Legal and Chambers Europe. Legal500 lists Jana in the Czech Republic’s Hall of Fame. Jana also received the prestigious Innovative Lawyer of the Year award for her pioneering role in promoting the deployment of new technologies in the legal industry and her advocacy of legal and ethical questions related to new technologies.

Jana is based in Prague and has practiced in London, Paris and Bratislava. She holds post-graduate degrees from the universities of London and Munich. She is a member of the Czech and Slovak Bar Associations and an officer in the International Bar Association. Jana is involved in numerous pro-bono efforts aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion.
