Eusebiu is Romanian. He carried out his studies in five countries and holds PMI, PMBOK and PMP certifications, a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, a Postgraduate Master’s in Industrial Management, a Postgraduate Master’s in modelling and simulation dynamic ITS systems, operations research, distributing computer programming, logistics models, data modelling and a PhD. in Vehicle telematics.
Eusebiu joined ERTICO in March 2017 and is an expert in ITS platforms, vehicle telematics, Computer vision, IoT and 3D driver simulators. He was awarded the international best XML award in Europe for ITS development in 2002 from IT/Automotive industry. He speaks Romanian, English, Dutch, French, some German and some Russian.
