Tobias Judin is head of international affairs at the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. He is responsible for international cooperation, cross-border enforcement and international transfers of data. Additionally, he represents Norway in the European Data Protection Board, and he is a Co-Chair of the Global Privacy Assembly’s International Enforcement Working Group. Tobias is a lawyer, technologist and sinologist by education.
