Ovidiu Vladu is the President of IQ Management, a Romanian company, the leading architect and the managing entity of the Romanian National Animal Identification System.
IQ Management has operated the system since 2004, registering more than 180,000,000 with more than 1,000,000,000 events for cattle, sheep, goats and pigs, in a unique database.
The company is also operating the Registry for dogs  (more than 2,500,000) and was designing the subsidies payment for animal breeders.
In those online systems are introducing and extracting  data,  more than 8,000 veterinarians, farmers and officials, on web based applications, in a secure environment with certificates issued in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679. 
Since 2018 as a member of mAgro Cluster, the company has been involved in the research related IoT transformation of agriculture and also acts as a promoter in the digitalization of the African agricultural environment.
