Ms. Urszula Góral
PhD in political science, graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. Since 2007 Director of the International Cooperation and Education Department in the Personal Data Protection Office (formerly GIODO). Academic lecturer in European law, human rights including the right to privacy and personal data protection, representative of the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in the works of the European Data Protection Board and the Council of Europe (T-PD Consultative Committee); expert in projects implementing and evaluating personal data protection regulations, inter alia in Eastern Partnership countries; expert of the European Commission (TAIEX); author of publications on privacy and personal data protection.
