Magdalena Kogut-Czarkowska is an attorney-at-law specialized in IT, privacy and data protection, cyber security and intellectual property law. She has vast experience with handling complex international privacy projects (GDPR and e-privacy) and high-profile strategic IT and IP matters. Prior to joining Timelex in November 2020, Magdalena worked 14 years as a lawyer in the IPTech team of one of the largest international law firms in Warsaw. Currently, she is involved in research and innovation projects funded by the European Union in the areas of data protection, technology, e-health and artificial intelligence.
