Tim Jacquemard is a Research Analyst at Trilateral Research. He is Trilateral’s project lead for the European Commission-funded projects TRUST aWARE and aqua3S project. Prior to this, Tim was a researcher working on several projects related to the legal, social and ethical aspects of digitalisation at the RCSI, University of Medicine and Health Sciences, and the Rathenau Institute, a research institute specialised in technology assessment. Tim holds a PhD in Applied Ethics from Dublin City University. His research background is in applied ethics, governance and regulation of digital technology, and technology assessment. He has worked with a diverse set of academic and industry partners, non-profit organisations and government agencies. Tim has published in several journals, authored reports and deliverables, and has disseminated his work at academic conferences and in public settings.
