Giulio Coraggio is the head of the Italian Technology sector and of the Privacy and Cybersecurity practice.

He has developed a consolidated experience in assisting Italian and international groups on complex projects of compliance with data processing regulations, development of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence systems, Internet of Things and chatbots, as long as on disputes with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Moreover, it has assisted leading international groups in the management of the largest data breaches that occurred in Italy and of important inspections carried out by the Italian Data Protection Authority, as well as in the subsequent litigation before the Judicial Authority and the Italian Data Protection Authority itself.

Giulio Coraggio is listed among "Leading Individuals" in the field of Data Protection and Privacy by "The Legal 500" and he won awards such as " Digital Lawyer of the Year" (Legal Community Awards 2020) and "Technology Lawyer of the Year" (Top Legal Awards 2020). He is also listed among the leading global influencers of the Internet of Things sector by Onalytica, he is co-chair of the Milan Knowledge Net of the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals and he is an adjunct professor for the master on data protection law at the University of Milan and Rome (Roma Tre)
