Thomas DUONG is the Data Protection Officer of the Health Data Hub in France which is a public structure whose goal is to facilitate research on health data by enabling an easily access for researchers to pseudonymized data hosted on a secure platform.

Prior to joining the Health Data Hub, Thomas used to work for the French data protection authority (CNIL) at the Health department of the Directorate for Compliance.
Thomas holds a master's degree in international business law and a LL.M in American legal studies.
