Attorney at law, with more than 20 years of practice, he focused his practice on ICT Law (Internet Law, Data protection and privacy Law, Copyright law, E-government) and Administrative Law (transparency, FOI laws, participation).

He is Senior Partner of E-Lex Law Firm and General Secretary of Istituto per le politiche dell’innovazione.

Ernesto Belisario teaches privacy and digital transformation law at several universities and master courses.

He is author of a lot of books and publications and, as trainer and speaker, he had several speaking engagements.

He is also component of fees and studies groups of national and international level in matter of telematic justice, ICT Law, E-Government and Open Government.
