
Olivier is a Senior Advisor to the Chair of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. He is also a Professor of Law Fordham University in New York City, where his focus is on administrative law, communications law, consumer protection, data protection, and civil rights. Before academia, Olivier worked at the American Civil Liberties Union’s National Legal Office and Jenner & Block’s Washington, D.C offices. Before joining the FTC, he was the Board President of the ACLU's New York affiliate and sat on several boards.
