Dr. Francois Fouquet is co-founder, manager, and Head of Technology and Research at DataThings. He holds a Ph.D. from the INRIA/University of Rennes (France) on techniques to dynamically scale large-scale computing infrastructure. Since he worked for five years as a Research Associate at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability, and Trust of the University of Luxembourg. During this period, he conducted research for large-scale infrastructure monitoring, applied to smart grids. He is authors of many publications on the design of temporal graph data structure to enhance the application of machine learning on operational data. More recently he is involved as an architect to design data processing infrastructure for a public body in France, a major bank and several Industry 4.0 partners in Luxembourg. He is an expert in software engineering, database and language design and machine learning algorithms."
