
Aitor Arnaiz
Aitor Arnaiz is Head of the Intelligent Information Systems (SII) Unit at IK4-Tekniker, where he works since 1991, having
participated and led more than 20 international projects. He holds a PhD at
Sunderland Univ. with the thesis ‘Development of Artificial Intelligence
Technologies to support automation of condition monitoring tasks’. Has
published more than 100 refereed papers in international journals and
conferences. Is an active participant at different national and international
conferences and associations, and takes part of the editorial board of Risk and
Reliability Journal (IMechE-PartO) and Comadem (Condition Monitoring and
diagnostic engineering management) International Journal. His current
research activities concern development of intelligent tools for analytics and
decision support, specially supporting industry 4.0 solutions.
