Filippo Bianchini, a lawyer qualified to practise before the Superior Jurisdictions, focuses mainly on data governance, information security management, information technology, and new technologies law. He is a substitute member of the San Marino Data Protection Authority.
He is a certified DPO and Privacy Assessor, Lead Auditor ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security Management Systems), Lead Auditor ISO/IEC 42001:2023 (Artificial Intelligence Management Systems), and CIPP/E.
He has attended advanced courses in digital investigation, data protection and artificial intelligence; he holds a Second Level University Master in Cybersecurity from the University of Milan and is a lecturer, among others, at the Master in 'Data Protection, Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics' at the University of Perugia and the excellence course 'BuTH-AI (Building Trust in Human Centric Artificial Intelligence): The use of AI and the practical connotations of data protection, cybersecurity and ethical principles', promoted by Link Campus University.
He is a member of the EDPB's Support Pool of Experts and the UNI CT 510 Commission; he is also a member of the ASSO DPO Steering Committee, the AIP Board of Directors, and the CLUSIT Scientific Committee.
He is a speaker at numerous national and international data protection and cybersecurity conferences.
He follows the evolution of phenomena related to the Internet and new technologies, focusing on artificial intelligence and legal tech.
