
Hans Graux is a partner and co-founder of the Brussels based law firm Timelex, specialised in technology and innovation law. Over the last 20 years, he has participated in more than one hundred international legal and policy studies, primarily for the European Commission, various European Agencies, the European Parliament, and multiple governments inside and outside the EU. With degrees in both Law and ICT, he has advised public and private sector clients on topics including identity management, trust services, data protection, information security and cloud computing. He is also the president of the Flemish Supervisory Committee (Vlaamse Toezichtscommissie), the data protection authority that supervises data protection compliance in Flemish public bodies.
