Valentina Apruzzi is an Italian lawyer with a qualification also in UK (solicitor n.p.), founder of the law firm Princivalle Apruzzi Danielli Law Firm based in Bologna, she leads the areas of ICT law and Personal Data Protection providing legal advice to several Italian and foreign companies operating in the field of technology with particular reference to the issues of sales and contracts online, information technology, internet law, data protection and intellectual property.


DPO for some industrial companies operating in international markets, most of them listed in the Italian stock exchange market.


She taught Internet Law at Brunel University London as part of the LLM International Business Law and teaches data protection and ICT law for in house counsels too.


Graduated in Law at the University of Bologna with a master’s degree in New Technologies Law from CIRFID, she is also a cybersecurity manager and has recently been included in the list Women4Cyber Registry managed by the Cybersecurity Atlas of the European Commission.


Member of the Board of Directors of Circolo Giuristi Telematici and admitted in the roll of Maestro della Protezione dei Dati & Data Protection Designer since 2022.
