
Petra Ziegler is a Senior Privacy Expert at Allianz SE with over eight years of experience in privacy-related topics. In this role, she has been involved in various privacy projects, such as steering the GDPR implementation in Allianz Germany, establishing a privacy reporting scheme in Germany, and leading the pilot project for the Europrivacy certification of seven Targets of Evaluation, successfully achieved in January 2025. Previously, Petra was part of the Strategic Projects team at Allianz and served as Country Manager for Allianz in France, the Middle East, Africa, and Allianz Partners. Before joining Allianz, Petra worked in the telecommunications and insurance industries, where she gained several years of international experience, including in Italy and China. She studied international management in Germany, France, and the UK.
