
Malte is a lawyer by training who encountered the topic of "data" some 15 years ago. He has been working on data topics for the European Commission since 2011. Most recently he was involved in the formulation of the 2020 EU data strategy and the proposals for a Data Governance and a Data Act.
One of his interests are data architectures that put the human at the centre.
