Gurshabad Grover co-leads research on information and communication technology, law, and human rights at the internet Research Lab. Gurshabad also co-chairs the Public Interest Technology Group.

Gurshabad previously worked as the interim head of ARTICLE 19's Global Digital Programme; studied online censorship in Asia as an OTF Information Controls Fellow; and led research on internet governance and civil liberties at the Centre for Internet and Society, India.
