Marc has held various leadership positions such as Chief Privacy Officer, lately at PayPal Inc., and Data Protection Officer as well as Privacy Counsel in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific complemented by Board memberships and advisory appointments. 

 

Marc is a firm believer that digital trust and driving business goals through data is not mutually exclusive but rather complimentary. He works on the intersection of digital (consumer) trust and respective business goals to ensure the highest degree of data hygiene, ethical data use and compliance with international rules while delivering the best results for the business.
