
Otto Bruun
Otto Bruun is Deputy Head of Office and Senior European Advisor for Innovation at SwissCore, the Swiss liaison office to the EU for education, research and innovation. In this role, he supports and advises the Swiss National Science Foundation, Innosuisse, and the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation on relevant European policies and programmes. His focus areas are Horizon Europe, EU innovation policy, and EU digital policy. His mandates include chairing the management committee of UAS4EUROPE, an association of 450 Higher Education institutions focused on applied research. Otto holds an MA in History from the University of St. Andrews, and an M.Phil in Philosophy from the University of Geneva.
