Dr. Dragoljub Reljic has been appointed Director of the Agency for Personal Data Protection in BiH by decision of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, published in the "Official Gazette of BiH" no. 77/20 of 27 November 2020.

Dr. Dragoljub Reljic was born in Tuzla. He finished elementary school and high school "Petar Kocic" in Zvornik. He obtained the title of law graduate at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. Immediately after completing his full-time studies, he enrolled in master's studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He completed his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of East Sarajevo with an average grade of 9.71 and received his doctorate with honors. He has published several scientific papers in prestigious scientific and professional journals, and is the author and co-author of several books and monographs in the field of law. He was elected assistant professor at the Department of Civil Law at the University of PIM in Banja Luka.
After graduating from the Faculty of Law, he gained work experience and knowledge as a law graduate in municipal, city and republic administration in various legal jobs from associate, expert advisor, head of service, to managing civil servant - assistant director for legal affairs, and for a short time he was the Acting Executive Director for Legal Affairs of the ERS. He was an advisor for constitutional and legal issues to the Serbian member of the Presidency of BiH. He also performed the duty of the Secretary General of several legislative bodies in BiH, namely the Secretary of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH and the Secretary General of the Council of the People of RS. He has passed the state qualifying exam and judicial state exam.
