
Driven by a passion for cutting-edge technology, Judicaël Phan has been guiding start-ups and international companies in the implementation of their digital strategies in privacy, governance, and AI for over 20 years. He is the founder of Privacy7, a Privacy Studio that provides innovative solutions to help companies navigate complex privacy regulations and enhance data protection practices. In addition to his work at Privacy7, Judicaël is a lecturer at CNAM, ISEP, and Paris Mines Telecom Institute. With a wealth of experience, including roles at Ubisoft, Criteo, and Contentsquare, he has also dedicated eight years to the CNIL, working in the Inspection and Legal Affairs departments.
