Alberto Del Noce, born in Turin in 1954, boasts over 40 years of legal experience, carrying on his family's firm. A graduate of the University of Turin Law School and a former researcher at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, he has served as a Conciliation Judge and as President of Scuola di Biotecnologie S.p.A., overseeing the construction of the new Faculty of Biotechnology in Turin.

Del Noce is deeply involved in arbitration and mediation, registered with the Arbitration Chamber of Piedmont and serving as a trainer in ADR at Unioncamere Piemonte. He is also active in professional associations, including serving as President of the Piedmont and Aosta Valley Civil Chamber (2009-2018) and as National President of the National Union of Civil Chambers (UNCC) since 2024.

Since 2015, he has been an Adjunct Lecturer in Comparative Consumer Law at the University of Turin. Since 2017, Del Noce has focused on Artificial Intelligence and law, leading the National Commission on AI at UNCC and obtaining a Privacy Specialist qualification in 2020. He is an author of publications on procedural law, ADR, and AI. Minister Nordio recently appointed him to the permanent Observatory for the use of Artificial Intelligence in Jurisdictional Activity, within the subgroup chaired by the First President of the Supreme Court. He is also actively involved in his community through the Rotary Club, the Subalpina Foundation, and Dimore San Giovanni Onlus, and served as a Municipal Councilor for Precetto Torinese.
