
Regina is a legal officer heading the departement of International Transfers at the Commisison Nationale pour la protection des donéées (CNPD), the Luxembourgish data protection authority. She is involved in the approval procedure of various transfer tools and in particular of the certification as a transfer tool. She is actively participating in discussions on the European level in the International Transfers subgroup of the European Data Protection Board. Regina has graduated as a lawyer in Germany and speaks French, German, English and Russian.
