Luca Leone graduated in Economics at the University of Turin and has a Master in Comparative Private Law and graduated in Composition at the Conservatorio “A. Vivaldi” of Alessandria under the guidance of M° Riccardo Piacentini, with specialization in contemporary music, "Photo-Music with Photo-souds” (Foto-musica con Foto-suoni®), film music.

Since 1991 he has been involved in new technology law as a consultant to private and public companies. In 1996 he joined the Sistemi UNO Group and founded Unolegal® the Business Unit dedicated to Privacy and Cybersecurity consulting, designing and developing the Piano Privacy® organizational model and the software GoPrivacy®. He has been primarily involved in: BCR; Privacy By design of biometric systems, immunodiagnostic systems; RFID and GPS systems. In addition, he has contributed as a privacy expert on national projects such as Confindustria's "PMI Internet”. Data Protection Officer (DPO) at several Italian industrial companies. Teacher in Training courses certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 - IAF 37 in the field of privacy, data protection and cybersecurity.
