Barbara Cosgrove is Vice President, Chief Privacy Officer at Workday, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) with extensive experience in building and leading international data privacy, ethics, security, technical compliance and HR compliance programs at companies including Kaiser Permanente and PeopleSoft. Barbara serves as Treasurer on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She is also on the Advisory Board of the Future of Privacy Forum, and co-chairs the Responsible AI Institute’s Employment Working Group.
