Francesca Casalini is a policy analyst at the OECD, where she supports the Organisation’s Data Governance and Privacy Working Party, with a particular focus on cross-border data flows governance. Prior to this, she worked in the Trade and Agriculture Directorate of the OECD, conducting research on digital trade and data-driven agriculture. Francesca holds a master’s degree in international law from the Graduate Institute of Geneva.
