Ms Elena-Cristina Gerth
Mrs. Gerth Elena-Cristina is head of “Certifications and codes of conducts” department at CNPD Luxembourg, which is performing on its own the GDPR accreditation audits for certification bodies in Luxembourg and is in charge of GDPR certification schemes and codes of conducts assessment at national level.
She has been working for the last 3 years in the development of the GDPR certification and GDPR accreditation activities in Luxembourg and at European level as an expert of the Compliance E-government and Health subgroup (CEH) of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB).
She graduated in Audit & Financial Advisory from the Paris Dauphine University in France and has about 10 years professional experience in managing financial and operational audits including data protection (external and internal audits) in the industry and financial sectors (banking, capital markets and aviation) for large companies.
