Michele Iaselli is a professor of digital law and data protection at LUISS and of legal informatics at the University of Cassino. He specialized at the University of Naples Federico II in "Legal IT techniques and methodologies".

He is director of the scientific committee of ANDIP and coordinator of the scientific committee of Federprivacy. Lawyer of the Ministry of Defense and expert of the General Defense Innovation Office.
