Anne-Cécile Colas is the Group Data Protection & Digital Trust Officer of Pluxee (previously part of Sodexo).

Before joining Sodexo as Group Data Protection Officer in 2016, she spent 10 years+ as a qualified lawyer in France specialized in privacy and data protection and focusing on the design and implementation of data transfers strategies and data protection programs for multinational companies. Her practice included leading data protection law compliance assessments at European and worldwide levels and drafting and implementing BCR (Binding Corporate Rules). Anne-Cécile was also a specialist counsel on data protection issues in litigation. She assisted French and international companies based in France in case of audit and enforcement actions from the French data protection authority. Additionally, Anne-Cécile is member of Women in Privacy and of IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals). She is certified by the IAPP for her European Legal Data Protection practice (CIPP/E and CIPM).
