Sebastian is a technology public policy professional with a strong multicultural profile and international experience working with governments, civil society, consumer associations, multilateral organisations and industry groups. He is Europe Public Affairs Manager at Google, focusing on Consumer and Privacy topics. Prior to his current role, he acted as Safety Policy Manager for Europe at Meta. He also worked at Google in Latin America, joining the company in 2012 through the Sales team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2015 he moved to Mexico to join the Google Mexico Government Affairs and Public Policy Team. He has a background in Politics and Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and a MSc in Science, Technology and Society from University College London (UCL).
