Her leadership has propelled Veridas to the forefront of compliance and innovation in digital identity services, setting industry standards worldwide. 

Beyond her corporate role, Leire actively shapes legislation in various countries, significantly impacting the future of digital identity verification. She has played a crucial role in legislative evolution in Spain, the European Union, the United States, and Latin America, and her expertise is frequently sought after in international forums on biometrics and identity management. Graduated in Law and Business Administration from the Public University of Navarra, Leire's unique combination of knowledge drives Veridas's strategy, ensuring the company delivers global, secure, private, and reliable identity verification solutions. 

In 2024, Leire received the Women in Biometrics Award, recognizing outstanding leaders in biometrics, and the Industry Advocate Award, both presented by the SIA (Security Industry Association) for her significant contributions to the industry and global security advocacy.
