Vinay Goel is a Director of Product Management and leads the age assurance effort for Google. Prior to leading age assurance, Vinay led the Chrome Privacy Sandbox effort as well as numerous company-wide privacy programs for Google, including the readiness programs for new requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.

Prior to joining Google, Vinay worked at Adobe as a Senior Product Manager responsible for privacy for its Digital Marketing products, at Yahoo! as a Privacy Policy Director for advertising and analytics, and at Apple as a Program Manager for state and local government affairs.

A graduate of University of California, Berkeley, Vinay studied Economics and Computer Science. Vinay currently lives in New York with his husband and cat. He enjoys traveling, watching and playing basketball and baseball, mixing cocktails, and spending time with his friends. He also gets very nerdy about dinner parties, board games, and the latest trends.
