Sibylle Gierschmann is leading privacy attorney based in Germany who has worked in this field for over twenty years.  She advises large multinational companies as well as SMEs in their efforts to manage data protection and privacy risks across the EU.  She is co-editor of a commentary on GDPR and the German Telemedia Telecommunications Act which implements the ePrivacy Directive in Germany.  She is also a professor at the German University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich.
