
Patrizia Gigante is a member of the Board of the Data Protection Autorithy in Republic of San Marin, Italian attorney, founding partner of the COCCO&GIGANTE Law Firm.
She’s also a member of the Council of Europe Consultative Committee of the Convention 108 for the protection of individuals with regard to automatic processing of personal data.
As attorney she has worked for over twenty-four years with corporate and business world, dedicating a large part of her activity to regulatory, compliance and M&A process.
Since 2019 she has been engaged as Guarantor and follows with particular attention the issues of the relationship between minors, technologies and data protection, and the specific impact of data protection on business activities.
