
Co-founder of Tech Legality, Emma is a human rights lawyer, specialising in children’s rights and technology. She has been working on human rights issues for more than twenty years and has lived for five years in Eastern Africa and six years in Southeast Asia. She holds two LLMs in international human rights law (University of London 2006) and in Law and Technology (UC Berkeley 2020 as a Fulbright Scholar). Emma is a non-resident fellow at the Atlantic Council Digital Forensic Research Lab and an alumna of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society.
