Samuel Almeida is a Senior International Consultant at Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação (SPI, Portugal), working on R&D projects in areas related to and involving science and technology and information and communication technologies (ICT). His main focus is on international projects, namely those under FP7, H2020 and other European agencies and particularly for international clients. He is involved in project proposals and the management and implementation of projects. Samuel Almeida has a PhD in Information and Communication in Digital Platforms from the University of Porto and University of Aveiro.
