
Selina Zipponi is an Italian lawyer specialised in data protection, with more than 15 years of experience. She started as business lawyer in an important international law firm, providing advice on privacy and data protection matters to Italian and multinational companies.
She continued her career as privacy specialist, in the compliance and legal department of an Italian public sector company, then she specialised in health data protection and valorisation, working as privacy manager of a leading multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector. Now Selina Zipponi is the Global Data Protection Officer of Dedalus Group, one of the world leading health software provider and Chair of the Digital Health Commitee of COCIR. She has been a Fellow Researcher of the Italian Institute for Privacy since 2019. Author of books and essays on data protection and privacy and lecturer at several mastercourses in these matters. She is a co-founder of Privacy She Leaders.
